So we all now know that 2017 is the International Year of Custard and you’ve heard about a few of the things that Intertwit.com are doing.
But what will you be doing dear intertwitter?
♥ Eating custard in unusual places?
♥ Pouring custard in unusual places?
♥ Making an unusual but interesting custard recipe?
Whatever it is you are going to do, make it fun and make it yellow. And let us know!

Generally I would have been happier with something a bit more onion related. But kibbled onions make a great addition to the top of any custard dish so I am generally in favour of the International Custard Year.
I am mildly excited.
Bloody hell I love custard. Well done to the UN and General Secretary Kurt Waldheim for setting this up!
I understand that Kurt Waldheim has not been General Secretary of the UN since 1981 and indeed died in 2007.
Well done Boutros-Boutros Ghali instead!
Apparently it’s not Boutros Boutros anymore. I am now led to believe a Portuguese man called António Guterres is now in charge.
He wouldn’t be, by any chance, the head of one of the largest Portuguese custard tart makers would he? I smell a rat inyertwit! (although a delicious egg, flour , milk and vanilla based one!).
Custard Intertwit?
I blimmin’ love custard. At last something I can get my teeth into. If I had any teeth that is. They were recently all extracted after an “incident” with a tube of superglue.
Consequently, all I now eat is soup. And custard. Lots of custard.
You didn’t have anything to do with the superglue incident did you Intertwit? I have my suspicions and I must admit you are high on my list of suspects along with Gary Barlow. I had another “incident” at one of his burger vans in Rochdale in the Summer and I feel he’s now got it in for me.
Anyway I cautiously welcome the custard development on this so-called website.
